One of my favorite things about living in northern Michigan is being able to work on the lakeshore. Waves, cool rocks, and incredible peace prevail.
Natalie and Jeff love lake Michigan and planned their elopement for themselves and their immediate family at Good Harbor beach.
We emailed for several weeks keeping an eye on the weather and the coronavirus.
After arriving for the big day, they discovered their normal destination wasn’t accessible!
So just the two of them went exploring the night before to find another location.
They sent me a video to make sure I would find it :)
The family got ready at a nearby campground, then traveled to the Port Oneida area.
Levi, Cole, and Layla led the procession for their mom Natalie down to Jeff, their dad who had constructed the ceremony site earlier.
It was a dramatic day and a little rain fell at the end but it only added to the sweetness of the celebration.
Congratulations, Natalie and Jeff!!
