Jaclyn and Jake had a beautiful outdoor wedding at the historic Elberta Life Saving Station (ELSS) in Elberta, Mi.
The venue has a park-like setting right on Betsie Lake. It made for a gorgeous celebration.
The two of them live and work in Traverse City but actually met in Ann Arbor on a night out. Jake was on a team playing pool and Jaclyn thought he was cute and challenged him to a game. :)
They dated, moved in together, and then came lockdown. Life’s tests and joys let them know they were great together!
Jaclyn found me online and saw that I had photographed at Elberta Life Saving Station before. We planned to meet in the Spring for a quick couples session so we could get to know each other before the big day.
They were much more comfortable on the day of the wedding for photos after our adventure at the Boardman River Nature trails.
Jaclyn and Jake’s day was filled with laughter, joy, and love. Friends and family traveled across the country to celebrate!
Jaclyn and Jake, Congratulations!
“Tracy was a true professional and did an exceptional job capturing our wedding and engagement photos. While my husband and I are not naturally super comfortable in front of the camera, Tracy eased those nerves immediately and was able to capture our candid moments perfectly. Would highly recommend KarunaPhoto to anyone having a wedding in Northern Michigan!
The photos are so unbelievably gorgeous! Thank you so much for being a part of our special day, you have truly captured it perfectly!”
~Jaclyn
