On a gorgeous afternoon, in early October, I was privileged to learn all about Brengman Brothers Winery.
Really a dream assignment.
I met up with Janice Binkert. She crafted a fantastic interview which is available in the Holiday Issue of Edible Grande Traverse Magazine. I love working with her! She’s fun and so knowledgeable but is very approachable for the interviewee. And a big thank you to Robert for being so gracious to show us around and for sharing some amazing wines! You really have an incredible knowledge of your craft.
